Q: Are your keycaps compatible with all mechanical keyboards?
A: Our keycaps are compatible with most switch mechanical and gaming keyboards, including Cherry MX, Gateron MX, Kailh MX, and other MX switches keyboards. However, we recommend verifying compatibility with your specific keyboard model.
Q: How do I install the keycaps onto my keyboard?
A: Installing our keycaps is simple. Just pull out the keycaps you want to replace using your fingers and carefully place our keycaps. If the keycap is too tight or too loose, you can soften the base slightly by using a hairdryer on the cross socket part for about 5 seconds.
Q: Do you offer custom keycap designs?
A: At the moment, we do not offer custom keycap designs. However, we are continuously expanding our product offerings, so be sure to check back for updates on new designs and collections.
Q: Can I customize the packaging for gifts?
A: Currently, we do not offer custom packaging options. However, our keycaps come in exquisite packaging that is perfect for gifting as is.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed due to our fast order processing system. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only offer shipping within the US. However, we are exploring options to expand our shipping internationally in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
- A: We kindly request a week to carefully prepare your order, particularly if you're placing an order for a collection. Each of our handmade keycaps is crafted with precision, making them uniquely special. Additionally, following shipment, your order is estimated to arrive within 7-10 days. Q: Can I request a refund if my keycap arrives damaged?
A: Absolutely. If your keycap arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Q:Do you offer seasonal discount promotions?
A: Sorry, we do not have seasonal discount promotions. Our discounts are offered on bulk purchases. If you require a larger quantity, please feel free to contact us directly for discounted pricing.
Q: Are there other ways to get discounts?
A: Yes, besides bulk purchase discounts, you can also receive a discount by sharing our products on social media or tagging us. Simply share our products or tag us on social platforms, and then contact us to receive a 10% discount coupon.
